Susan Janzen

was born in Calgary and lived most of her life in Edmonton. She sang professionally for 18 years before attending the University of Alberta. In 1996 she graduated with her Bachelor of Education Degree specializing in Special Education. She was a Special Education teacher in Edmonton for six years. In 2003 she obtained her Real Estate licence and has been a full time, full service Realtor® ever since.

Susan is an avid volunteer in the community and is currently a proud member of Excel Society, a past Governor on the Board of the Edmonton Realtor Charitable Foundation, and serves as a church board member. She is a member of the Real Estate Investment Network REIN, and has been given the designation of Accredited Buyers Representative. She enjoys working with buyers, sellers and investors and has taken special training that focuses on her clients.

Most of Susan's business is based on referrals. She has many testimonials from her clients who appreciate her honesty, integrity and professionalism. Susan Paulsen

Susan was born into Real Estate! Her father ran a Real Estate brokerage and later became a home builder. Susan was involved in marketing and sales at a very young age, owning and operating a very successful business for 20 years, growing to 5 locations with up to 70 employees. In recent years she worked for a local home builder, but found it restricted her in helping her clients find that exact fit. After interviewing various brokerages she chose Realty Executives. This brokerage represented the values and integrity that Susan demands from her team. Since that day she hasn’t looked back.

I have been with Realty Executives Challenge for over 3 years. I started with the company as the Receptionist and over time worked my way up to Conveyancer. Working in these two positions has given me the knowledge of how the office is run, what to do with the piles of paper work and what is to be expected from the Real Estate Board. I love learning and advancing myself in new and more challenging areas of this industry. I am now a part of Susan Janzen and Susan Paulsen’s wonderful team.
